The Hope Leadership Team meets weekly to address matters affecting the college community. In addition to making decisions regarding policy, procedure and resources, the team ensures that 换妻社区 fulfills its mission and makes progress on the strategic plan.

The cabinet provides primary leadership support for strategic priorities and initiatives. Its purpose is to separate strategic planning from operations. The cabinet functions as an advisory board to shape the spiritual climate of our campus, form our workplace culture, and ensure alignment with campus-wide initiatives and strategy. The cabinet also serves to enhance communications within the college community.

My favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with family, especially enjoying the outdoors – national parks and day hikes near and on mountains are my favorite.

My favorite Hope tradition is IMAGES: A Reflection of Cultures! I love seeing the global community at Hope take to the stage to shine and highlight the various cultures represented at Hope. My favorite thing to do outside of work is to ride my horse, Whiskey, on the beautiful West Michigan trails!

My favorite thing about Hope is our name! Our college is not named after a person or a place, but rather, we are named after a beautiful, aspirational and sacred ideal – HOPE! Outside of work, I love to listen to music and eat fish tacos – not necessarily at the same time.
